Issued By: Terramove Venture Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is published in compliance with:

  1. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;

  2. The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”);

  3. Other applicable laws of India.

This Policy constitutes a legally binding electronic record and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By accessing or using the Platform (“shop.deltavelocity.in”) and Services, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Policy:

  1. Personal Information means any information relating to a natural person which, either directly or indirectly, is capable of identifying such person (e.g., name, email, phone, date of birth).

  2. Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) shall have the meaning assigned under the SPDI Rules, and includes:

    1. Passwords, financial account details, card numbers;

    2. Government-issued identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, etc.)

    3. Biometric information, if ever collected

    4. Any other information classified as sensitive under applicable law

  3. Business Data means order details, carrier/shipment details, vendor/client information, billing information, and related commercial records.

  4. Services means the logistics, analytics, and related services offered by the Company through the Platform.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only such information as is necessary for lawful purposes connected with our business operations:

  1. Personal Information: Name, contact details, user ID, account preferences.

  2. Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI): Financial information, passwords, government-issued IDs (collected only when required by law or service obligations).

  3. Business Data: Orders, transactions, carrier and client details.

  4. Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, limited cookies for login/session purposes.

  5. Voluntary Data: Feedback, support interactions, participation in referral programs or events (with express consent).

We expressly do not collect biometric data, health information, or unnecessary behavioral tracking beyond service provision.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

Your data is collected and processed strictly for lawful purposes, including:

  1. Providing, operating, and improving our Services;

  2. Verifying identity and securing transactions;

  3. Customer support, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention;

  4. Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. Data may be shared only under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Providers: With trusted partners (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements;

  2. Legal Compliance: Where required under law, regulation, or court order;

  3. Corporate Transactions: In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, with prior notice to Users;

  4. Events/Contests/Referrals: With third parties only upon express user consent.

Any third party handling User data must ensure safeguards equivalent to those under the SPDI Rules.

DATA RETENTION

  1. Personal and Business Data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or as mandated by law.

  2. Backups and archives shall be retained for a maximum period of twelve (12) months after account deactivation, after which they shall be securely deleted.

  3. Government-issued IDs and financial data shall be deleted immediately upon successful verification, unless required for compliance.

  4. Users may request erasure of their data, except where retention is legally necessary.

USER RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, Users have the right to:

  1. Access and review their Personal Information;

  2. Request correction of inaccurate data;

  3. Request deletion/erasure of data;

  4. Restrict processing for specific purposes;

  5. Opt-out of marketing/promotional communications;

  6. Obtain a copy of their data (data portability).

SECURITY PRACTICES

The Company adopts reasonable security practices and procedures under Section 8 of the SPDI Rules, including but not limited to:

  4. Employee confidentiality obligations.

Users remain responsible for safeguarding their passwords and account credentials.

COOKIES

We use only essential cookies required for secure login sessions and service functionality. No third-party advertising cookies are employed without explicit user consent.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Where Personal Information is transferred outside India (e.g., cloud storage), such transfer shall occur only under contractual and legal safeguards ensuring protection at least equivalent to Indian data protection laws, Mostly data stored in Indian clouds.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
