Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Delta Velocity (Terrmove Venture Pvt Ltd), we value your trust and are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our services. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.


Refunds

  • Any amounts credited to your Delta Velocity wallet/account will be refunded back to your original payment source within 45/60 days, subject to clearance of all outstanding invoices.
  • Refund requests will only be processed once unpaid invoices are cleared in full.
  • In case of fraudulent, suspicious, or disputed activities, Delta Velocity reserves the right to withhold remittances, wallet balances, and payments until the matter is resolved.
  • Please note: No refunds are provided for subscription or plan cancellations made mid-cycle.

Account Closure / Cancellation

  • You may request to close or cancel your Delta Velocity account at any time.
  • Account closure will be initiated only after all pending invoices and dues are cleared.
  • For closure requests made after invoice generation, a final invoice will be issued and must be settled before processing the request.
  • In the event of unpaid invoices or fraudulent activity, Delta Velocity reserves the right to hold wallet balance, COD remittance, or payments until resolution.

Fraud & Misuse

Without limiting other remedies, Delta Velocity may suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed. This includes withholding funds or restricting services until the issue is resolved.
